Ordered a collectible poster. Everything went well. I was a bit upset about the shipping cost — 450 grams for $50 on the "Express" rate, but that's with insurance, packing instructions, additional packaging, and "Fragile" and "Do not press on me" stickers. I'd like to give a separate thanks to the warehouse staff, who clearly followed the packing instructions. My respect for that! But they can't or won't take photos according to the instructions. I had to pay a little extra on top of the standard fee for the necessary product photos, which was also a bit upsetting. And I really needed good photos... Delivery from the warehouse to CDEK Moscow took 10 days. Overall, I'm happy with the delivery. A positive experience. Thank you!
