How do order consolidation and promo codes work?
You can place multiple iHerb orders using different promo codes, and they'll all arrive at our warehouse. We'll consolidate them into one parcel so you get the maximum discounts and save on shipping. Or we can split one large parcel into several for different recipients. The service has a small fee.
Do I need to fill out a customs declaration?
No, you don't need to fill it in manually. Just send us your order details in any format: a screenshot, an Excel file, or plain text. AI will parse the information and help you complete the customs declaration quickly and error-free. Especially handy when you're handling a high volume of parcels.
How many identical items can be in one parcel?
Up to 3 identical items and up to 5 similar items per parcel. We ship goods for personal use — we don't handle commercial shipments. If you need more, split them across multiple parcels to different recipients.
Which iHerb products can be shipped?
Vitamins, dietary supplements, sports nutrition, and permitted food products. Some decorative cosmetics are restricted for delivery to Russia — please check with Support by sending links to the products. Liquids are limited to 3 liters per parcel.
How do I connect the API?
Contact support via chat or submit a request through your personal account. Once connected, an API documentation tab will appear in your settings. The integration lets you submit orders, receive processing statuses, and get tracking information.
What if the parcel value exceeds the €200 customs threshold?
The duty is 15% of the amount exceeding the threshold + ~500₽ processing fee. For vitamin parcels under 1 kg, this almost never applies — the item value typically stays within the limit. You can pay the duty in advance on the website.
Can I suggest improvements to the service?
Absolutely! Every month we roll out improvements specifically for resellers. Just let support know what you're missing — we'll add it to the roadmap and implement it. Many of our current features were added based on partner requests.
